Embryo Genetics Laboratory
This laboratory is the only of its kind in the country, finding themselves in the same field in which animals produce pure breed Boer goats.
Description
The first embryo transfer laboratory and Goat Semen Extraction opened in the town of Las Lomitas, Formosa province, where are located the New Millennium Cabins , Cabin Marie and Valle Morado .
Was installed in order to achieve the best goat semen specimens.
The establishment has all the elements necessary to achieve high quality straws, both for sale to third parties or for personal use.
The females used as mothers, are monitored by a high-definition ultrasound to control transplantation and embryonic development in order to improve the genetics of Creole goats in order to optimize the production of goat meat by crossing .
Today, we import 60 embryos and 100 doses of semen from the highest quality genetics from New Zealand.
Embryos
Inside the lab apply the technique of laparoscopy in the operating room with all the necessary instruments, laparoscopy, anesthesia table, inhaled monitors.
Attached to it is the living embryos where to search, sort and condition the result of the washings.
Embryos can follow two paths:
Be implanted in fresh.
Frozen for subsequent sale or implant
Semen
In another section of the laboratory practice of semen extraction is evaluated and then packaged in straws to be preserved after its freezing in liquid nitrogen thermos.
